I coach churches that are in transition — whether necessitated by circumstances or inspired by new insights or vision.  Grasping that times of transition are occasions for creatively engaging one’s context, I help congregations identify and explore their passions, gifts, imagination, abilities, resources, and opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of their neighbors.  Since people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, I seek to provide a safe and supportive environment where congregations may acknowledge and embrace their unique aptitudes and abilities and discern how they may actively benefit the common good.
