Discovery You offers a variety of classes that explore the intersection of your lived experience and your spirituality — that place where the Infinite and the finite meet; the sacred and the secular merge; Spirit and matter fuse; the Divine and human unite. The classes are designed to provide space for exploration and reflection that opens you to the still voice within that evokes wisdom, encourages growth, and nurtures your potential to live an inspired and meaningful life.

Who Are You? Discovering Your True Self
This class explores who you are as a human being and how our cultural, biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual development coalesce into the persona with whom we identify. The class is roughly divided into in two parts. Part one reviews how our culture influences our fundamental view of the world and how we develop or grow as individuals — physically, mentally, and socially. Part two focuses on how we progress spiritually — focusing on the various spiritual teachings and tools that enhance our ability to live into the fullness of our humanity.
